Application

STEP 1

Clean joint edges properly with ensuring no oil, grease contamination

STEP 2

Place backup material i.e closed cell backer rod to avoid tripple bonding and save caulking material

STEP 3

Apply 2 coats of Pidiprime A on two side of gap

STEP 4

Fill the sealant using gun in the gap

STEP 5

Tool the sealant immediately with tooling knife to ensure 100% contact & adhesion with surface
